Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Newsletter subscribers also receive free shipping on their first order over $75.

Currently, we ship to the United States only. We're working on expanding our international shipping options. Please check back soon!

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 60-day easy return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn shoes in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

To start a return:

  • Contact us at support@cslshoes.com or call (845) 694-6700
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • We'll send you a prepaid return label
  • Pack the shoes in their original box and ship them back
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Absolutely! If your shoes don't fit, we'll happily exchange them for a different size. Contact us and we'll arrange the exchange at no additional cost to you.

Sizing & Fit

We use European (EU) sizing. Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements and conversion charts between EU, US, and UK sizes. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend going up a half size.

Our shoes generally run true to size. However, fit can vary slightly by style. Loafers may fit more snugly, while lace-up styles offer more adjustability. Check individual product pages for specific fit recommendations.

Orders & Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by visiting our Order Tracking page or logging into your account.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at (845) 694-6700 if you need to make changes.

  • Rotate between pairs to allow shoes to rest
